Their passion for the sea, gastronomy, and authentic encounters is at the heart of every journey.

Marina Stiefel

Head Chef & Co-Owner

Originally from Brittany but in love with flavors from around the world, Marina began her career in the kitchens of prestigious events (2024 Olympics, 24 Hours of Le Mans) before specializing in nomadic gastronomy. Her approach? Local products, creative recipes, and a touch of authenticity that will delight your taste buds.

"Cooking at sea is like composing a symphony: each ingredient has its place, and the result must amaze. My goal? That every meal aboard ALMYRA becomes an unforgettable gourmet memory."

Gabriel Fauquenoy

Skipper & Co-Owner

Gabriel has the sea in his blood. A merchant navy officer and sailing enthusiast since childhood, he has sailed the oceans before settling on catamarans. His expertise? Showing you the most beautiful spots safely, with a touch of adventure and plenty of conviviality.

"Sailing is much more than steering a boat: it's about creating memories, sharing emotions, and respecting the ocean. Onboard ALMYRA, I'm committed to making you experience the sea as I love it: with passion and respect."
